Where else do tenants receive discounts on services?

We believe that our tenants should be credited for paying rent consistently on time. Therefore TallinnHome has introduced a Partner card for tenants. Card holders recieve exclusive discounts on a number of services provided by our partner companies! ask us for more details on our partner card.

If our tenants pay rent on time every month and prove to be a valuable tenant, TallinnHome will consider them for a periodic rental discount, subject to the owner's wishes. TallinnHome does it's upmost to make sure tenants and landlords are both happy.

Charges

Here are our additional charges to tenants when renting one of our properties:

• Agent & Admin fee (application process, background check, scoring, references etc.); - 1 month's rent equivalent
• Security deposit (in case of loss or damage to property or items); - 1 month's rent equivalent

Regulation Guidelines

Here at TallinnHome, we have a simple set of guidelines and regulations for tenants to follow when renting our properties. These are necessary in order to protect the owner's property investment and protect the tenant from additional charges or legal action. We ask our tenants to follow our guidelines closely and take care of the property as if it was their own investment.

• Tenants must not give any false information on their rental application;
• Notice must be given of any late payments to avoid charges;
• No smoking inside the property is allowed;
• Pet application must be made in order to keep pets;
• Tenants must not sublet or offer accommodation to third parties;
• Tenants must abide household rules and be a good neighbour;
• The property must be left in the same condition as when it was taken;
• Lost or broken items will be charged to tenant;
• The deposit may not be used for the final month's rental payment;
• Tenant must allow agent or landlord access to the property;
• Visitors staying more than 7 nights need landlord's permission;
• Illegal or criminal activity will result in immediate termination of the rental contract.
