Our homes for rent are typically managed by TallinnHome, therefore we aim to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. We make sure our rental properties are equipped for comfortable modern living. All maintenance and service issues are taken care of by our staff swiftly and efficiently for your peace of mind.

Due to our high standard of service we do ask our tenants to comply with our simple rental guidelines and rules. We strongly believe that Tenants should enjoy living in comfort and privacy, therefore we try to inconvenience our Tenants as little as possible with regard to viewings, meeting and communications.

TallinnHome does it's upmost to make sure Tenants and landlords are both happy.

 

Extra charges

Tenants may be required to pay extra charges for additional administration tasks, visits, work, when renting our properties. Although this is not common, Please ask for further details.

 

Guidelines

Here at TallinnHome, we have a simple set of guidelines and regulations for Tenants to follow when renting one of our properties. These are necessary in order to protect the owner's property investment and protect the Tenant from additional charges or contract termination. We ask all of our valued Tenants to follow our simple set of guidelines closely and take care of the property correctly;

Renting with TallinnHome

  • Tenants must not give any false information on their rental application;
  • Notice must be given of any potential late payments prior to due date;
  • Smoking inside the property or communal areas is stricktly prohibited;
  • Pet applications must be made in order to keep pets inside;
  • Tenants must not sublet or offer accommodation to third parties;
  • Tenants must abide household rules and be a good neighbour;
  • The property must be left in the same or better condition as when it was taken;
  • Lost or broken items must be replaced or will be charged to tenant;
  • The deposit may not be used for the final month's rental payment;
  • Tenant must allow agent or landlord access to the property with notice;
  • Visitors staying longer than 4 weeks need landlord's written permission;
  • Illegal or criminal activity will result in immediate termination of the rental contract.
