Homewell OÜ (TallinnHome) is an Estonian registered real estate company, founded in 2009 by company Director, Carl Wells.

TallinnHome is a personalised, family-run business located in Tallinn, Estonia, with experience in international real estate brokerage, property management and consultancy.

TallinnHome's Director Carl started his career in real estate in 2003, working as a Senior Negotiator for a real estate company in Dorset, England. Here he gained a great deal of experience in property, brokerage, management, investing, and more importantly, people!

Leaving England for a rapidly developing Estonia, Carl began working as an International Property Consultant, advising private investors on buying, selling and renting in European emerging markets such as Estonia and Romania. After a short time, Carl became a Sales and Marketing Manager, furthering his local real estate knowledge and experience considerably.

Carl identified many important and fundamental aspects of service missing from local real estate agencies and decided to form a company where clients would receive helpful, honest and non-bias advice from an experienced professional with local expertise. The mission was simple: to form a company that will always put honesty and integrity over financial gain; a company that truly values and appreciates its customers; a company with morals, where one can rely on and trust during the most vulnerable of times; a company with high standards of service and efficiency.

TallinnHome is changing the way real estate is handled here in Estonia. We aim to raise the bar for larger established local companies and set new standards of practice for our peers.
