Is Tallinn or Estonia a good place to invest or purchase property?

This would depend very much on the property itself, also its location, price and other factors. Estonia has seen some amazing growth in property prices in recent years and more recently has seen a sharp downturn. Much like any other market, one has to be careful about when to enter and exit the market, timing is also crucial. Generally speaking, Tallinn still has a lot of growth:  long-term speculators could do very well, however short-term speculators would probably not be best suited.
