Fee and non Circumvention

 
An administration fee is due on successful conclusion of a tenancy agreement, to be paid prior to the tenancy agreement signing. In the case of a property purchase, the Finder’s fee will amount to 1% of the final purchase price, to be paid during payment of a reservation deposit or during Notary transaction, whichever occurs first. Fees are fully refundable if such transactions fail or are rendered unsuccessful.
 

 
I hereby agree that I will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent TallinnHome, in any manner, enter into any direct offers, negotiations and/or transactions directly with, solicit, accept any business, make contact with or conduct any transaction with the sources or vendors that are made available by and through TallinnHome. In the event of circumvention, directly or indirectly, TallinnHome shall be entitled to a legal monetary compensation equal to the maximum service it should realize from such a transaction, plus any and all expenses, including any and all legal fees, that would involve the recovery of such compensation.
